A sweet little handkerchief, probably dating to the turn of the beginning of the twentieth century, edged with a inch plus of handmade Valenciennes bobbin lace in a scrolling flower pattern. Not only is the handmade Valenciennes bobbin lace quite special, but details of the hem and the way the lace is attached also make this little handkerchief distinctive.
